Hand-knotted in wool from Turkey circa 1960-1970, a vintage 4’10” x 8’4” distressed rug from an acclaimed Turkish artist joining Rug & Kilims mid-century Pasha collection. Enjoying orange with brown and a deep midnight blue, the rug brings the whole of this almost abstract pattern together with fluidity in motion. Carrying a great shabby elegance vibe in a low pile, a bold piece of modern art underfoot exemplifies the distress.
