Hand-knotted in wool, this 5'9" x 8'9" vintage Turkish Deco rug piece joins Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha collection. This repertoire features the iconic works of the legendary designer Zeki Muren that showcases his wholehearted love for the 1960s style of origin. The texture enjoys a subtly distressed personality that combines with mid-century modern, post-war Art Deco sensibilities in unique colors for a one-of-a-kind creation in such rare inspiration. Characterizing an interesting play of colors with a meticulously defined geometric pattern in black (almost brick pattern) on a muted olive green-grey scale—all complemented by depth pinks and blues. Boldly existing in great conditions for this shabby elegance, boho-chic lineage, a notable piece for living rooms, drawing rooms, country homes, farmhouses, and even kids' rooms where geometry strikes imagination & creativity. Even well suited to maximalist interiors among vast interior design applications.
