This vintage 3x9 Shahsavan is a unique tribal runner for its period. Handwoven in wool, it originates from Turkey circa 1950-1960. Further on the Design: Keen eyes will admire an almost Aztec style and influence in this play of soft background, polychromatic colors and sharp geometric patterns. Connoisseurs will further note the rarity of such an unusual, collectible look, seldom seen in this provenance. This is a graphic, yet livable piece with vast applications and rare features alike. Further on the Condition: This mid-century flat weave further enjoys good condition for its age and origin. Ready for the floor. In good condition.
