I've had the hall runner for years in another house. I moved to a smaller condo and just purchased the matching area rug that will be seen close by. Absolutely LOVE it. I've actually seen this rug twice in a movie & a TV show. I guess someone else thinks this design makes a great statement. Rug is wool so it cleans and wears beautifully and last for ever. Remember wool sheds at first. This is NOT a defect. A little more work in the first couple of weeks vacuuming but worth the years of pleasure you will enjoy having it in your home.

It is highly recommended that you vacuum your rug once a week. If your rug has fringes, be careful when vacuuming. Do not vacuum the fringes as they may pull.
If anything is to spill on the rug make sure that you remove it quickly by using a damp paper towel. Do not drag the towel along the stained area, just tapping the area will suffice. Then you can use a spoon to retract the excess spillage.
Due to the Handmade weaving technique used to make this item, the final dimensions of the rug may slightly vary.
