Hate the Star Ratings because: Con -- underside had black mold that had an odor so strong you could smell it through the double plastic wrapper (One Star Rating); Pro -- it was a very nice rug; soft, in otherwise good condition, same color as on the website, suited my need (Four to Five Star Rating). So I chose Two Stars because there was "room to improve" per the Perigold rating scale.
