I need to return this rug. The pile is completely different from what I was looking for. I’ve already ordered a replacement. How do I return the rug? Thanks!

It's good looking but completely comes apart strand by strand. It's in a room no one uses I purchased it for the look but now it looks messy and always has strands of the fabric it's made of lying on top and on the floor. Such a shame loved the look. Hoping Perigold will take it back and give me a credit toward something else! I gave it one star because I liked the look.

Love this rug. We were looking for something with natural fibers for our baby boy's room. Very Soft and exactly as pictured.
