More brown than beige. Much larger loops than I expected.

It was darker and very much more tan/brown than the beige we thought it would be. Thus returned. I do appreciate being able to return it; the woman was very kind, patient and professional. (Ramona?) Jim Bull

Bought this to help ground the space in my very neutral primary bathroom. It’s the perfect thickness and quality and has drastically changed the look of the entire room.

The rug was fine but didn’t match my home so I tried to return but it said not refundable on the form. I checked and even called to tell them that at the time I ordered it never said you could not return. I’d never spend that much on a rug that you can’t return. I called customer service and begged and finally they said ok send back - but only for Wayfair credit. Seriously? Got the credit and used some of it to buy a chinoiserie urn that came broken in 20 pieces. No protective packaging at all. Just thrown in a box. Once I use my credit I may be done with Wayfair.
