Rug arrived at my home on time, but totally wrong color. There was no blue or teal in it whatsoever. It was a dull khaki green and brownish grey. Sent photos to the Wayfair associate, and was immediately provided a label for a return. We sent it back. However, after rug was received at the other end, the refund was not issued. When I submitted the request for follow up for my refund, automated system sent a note saying it was not returnable! I had to follow up two more times to get refund issued. what i did appreciate was that all my conversations with the associates were pleasant and responsive.

Quality of the rug is excellent. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the colors in person did not work with my decor. The areas of the rug that appear as beige are actually gray. Also, the striations are more graduated than in sections as shown in the photo. The texture of the rug is a lovely low pile, technically not a flat weave.

Nice quality and coloration! We ordered as a sample for the larger size, and ended-up using at the back door.
