Have made multiple calls and attempts to resolve why I have not yet received my solarisEmber Cascade hand-kbittef wool area rug. I have exhausted my paticience and will be seeking total accountability after thousands of dollars spent and no consideration from Perigold. Utterly disappointed and angry at this point.
