Bought the small 2x3 rug for inside the front door. Color is perfect. Nice quality! Thickness is good.

The photo doesn't match the actual colors of the rug. The bright rust in the photo actually is markedly darker red in my estimation. This isn't an odd occurence; internet photos are difficult to accurately portray colors. The problem is that when I tried to return the rug, I was told that because it was hand made that it wasn't returnable. That isn't mentioned in your return policies, and since you are selling innumerable "hand made" rugs, I believe you need to state on each rug for sale that those rugs aren't returnable. If not, I believe you're subject to legal remedies. Hopeully one of your return clerks will contact me. The return policies also ask for several photos the purpose of which is questionable and so this requirement is questionable as a return requirement. The only possible purpose for my rug is to make the return process so difficult as to discourage me from going forward with a return. from Maybe by the time we finish dealing with my return, you will revise your policies.

Great rug. Looks very nice in the place I put it. Seems like good quality. Even my cat likes it. Find her on it very frequently.

Good looking rug that went with our decor nicely. Unfortunately, within three weeks it was sprouting and shedding like crazy so decided to return it. Now we have to hunt for a replacement.
