I looked at this rug a long time. on the plus side, I love that it is wool. LOVE the colors. On the negative side, there were some pulls in the weave. It would be more trouble to return...I kept it. The rug was on sale, but I expected perfect.

Quality is above average. The COLOR is NOWHERE CLOSE to the pictures on the site (see photos comparing site pics versus actual product pics, & read all other customer reviews regarding color discrepancy). Very deceptive & disappointing.

The item was not the quality that I was looking for. The fringe was so thin that it looked like sewing thread. The rug also had alot of grit on it and felt nasty. However, Perigold was extemely helpful to return the rug. I give their customer service 5 stars even though the quality of this item was disappointing.
