A beautiful well made rug. Colors were true to posting but more muted and soft in definition than what we wanted. We wanted a more intense color, so returned.

The rug is really not "knotted" at all. The wool fibers are simply pushed through the cotton backing and are not fastened to the cotton backing with knots. So, the description is misleading. Also, the background color looks cream in the pictures and it's really grey. My husband likes it well enough so we will keep it. If it were up to me I'd send it back.
