Damaged and very poor quality.

The rug arrived damaged. Suzie did an excellent job handling the return. Very satisfied with the service. The rating is based on the rug only. The rug itself is not as thick as other wool rugs I have ordered from Wayfair. Also the color is more taupe/brown than biege/cream that was shown in the ad. The slate blue was ok. So was disappointed that the colors were not closer to what the ad represented. Colors did not work with our decor so returned for a quick refund.

This rug is gorgeous in our guest bedroom. Super high quality and feels great on our bare feet!
