Beware of the no return policy. I ordered this rug, and its a very nice rug, but not quite the colors or texture I was expecting. When I called to inquire about a return I was told this was a "special order" and I could not return it. First, I simply selected a standard size that was shown as available of the web site. Second, I was never informed that this was a no return item. I specifically looked at the return policy before I ordered it knowing it was an expensive rug and if I didnt care for it I would return it. The Customer Service person I spoke with was very kind and told me if I needed to escalate a return request she would help, but people should be CLEARLY told this is a non-returnable item. Other web sites require you check a box to acknowledge a non-returnable item, Perigold did not do this. I think this is a very poor practice on their part.

Like this runner very much. It has a wonderful, dense pile and feels well under foot - beautifully crafted. My only comment is that I had imagined the colors brighter and a bit more golden from your photo. Nevertheless, I still am pleased that I own it and see it wearing well and being enjoyed for years to come.

Everything about this rug is exactly what I was looking for. The design, the hand woven wool, and especially the exact size, which can be difficult with some runners. Perfect!

The colors were not at all as vibrant as the swatch. I bought a swatch to ensure that I would like it since the rugs were not returnable, final sale. The swatch is beautiful, the actual rugs are just okay. The colors are dull and muted. They were expensive even on sale and I regret the purchase.
