Love love love this rug! I bought a new marine blue sofa set for Christmas, and was looking for a rug that would look good on our dark brown wood floor, with yellow/beige travertine and other yellow/beige accents in this room. The rug is so thick and fluffy and warm! The blue would look good with true navy, but our sofa set has a bit of green in it (like a very deep teal) and this rug was perfect. The yellows/golds are very very subtle but just hint enough to work with our gold/yellow/beige accents. The main color is a true ivory/cream and it also has very subtle hints of light gray. This rug would look equally good in a contemporary, modern, rustic, or traditional home, in my opinion. For a traditional home, it will shine in the more "casual" spaces of the home. In a modern or rustic home, it would look equally good in formal or casual spaces. We set it up 24 hours ago and so far, very little shedding. It arrived folded, not rolled, and when we unfolded it, it was perfect - no rolled edges or other issues to contend with. Can't say enough positive things about this rug. I love how thick and fluffy it is, love the colors for what I wanted, and the quality seems great. Worth the extra money to get what I wanted. Thanks Perigold! Update: Still love the rug, but unfortunately, it is not holding up. The surface wool that gives it the "cloud" look has worn off in places which is changing the look of the rug over time. Really loved this one out of the packaging, but it won't last as long as I had originally hoped. Downgrading from five starts to 4 for durability..

Gorgeous, glam, soft, great quality. Beautiful, high-low texture. White, off-whites, creams, goldy-tan, indigo blue. Minimal cool grey...it looks better with warm colors but b/c of the blue/grey also works with greys.

so soft. nice quality. doesn't shed.

Beautiful carpet ..comfortable to walk on.
