Customers highly praise the product's appearance, color, texture, quality, and softness, frequently describing it as beautiful, gorgeous, and perfect for modernizing spaces. Many reviewers note the rug's plushness and coziness, with some specifically mentioning that it does not shed. However, one review indicates a discrepancy in color, with a beige rug appearing to have significant dark brown and gray tones, though the quality was still acknowledged.
