Very disappointed in the quality of this rug. Loved the look and it worked beautifully with my decor. Requested a replacement prior to a year of gentle wear because it developed a large hole. Vendor did fortunately replace the rug thanks to Perigold's wonderful assistance!

This worked perfectly with our white couches. Thick weave and Dense for stability. Comfortable for the family. Provides a neutral backdrop that pulled entire room together. Hugh quality rug that doesn’t disappoint

I give the rug 4 stars. However, I give negative stars to the Allstate protection plan which I purchased for this rug. It specifically stated it covered pet stains, and I unfortunately had to make a claim after having the rug for about 7 months. The claim process was a total run-around with multiple calls to a call center and duplicative photo submissions each stage of the claim. Allstate also required me to call Wayfair to see if there was a manufacturer's warranty (of course there isn't for this type of issue). Allstate sent me a stain removal cleaner which made the situation much worse (see before and after photos - the most prominent stain in the photos is from the Allstate cleaner AFTER it dried!). After I submitted the new photos (multiple times), Allstate denied the claim due to "cleaning methods." Seriously? I used the cleaning product they sent! TOTAL SCAM. Wayfair should not offer this scam service on its site.
