I was looking for a modern rug that was interesting with a splash of color. This rug is like a work of art for my floor! I really like how it looked on the hardwood in my apartment, and I'm sure it will look fantastic on the stained concrete in my house I'm purchasing! Initially it sheds a lot of wool when I vacuumed it (on the highest setting, though it's not recommended to use a vacuum with a brush), but it doesn't shed much now.
