Our delivery person was excellent. He was on time, which we appreciated. He delivered the rug to the front door as requested. He then saw my husband and asked if he wanted him to place inside the front door. He was very courteous.

The expensive rug came with hard spots on it, and both Perigold and the manufacturer are being evasive and difficult about doing anything about it, going as far as implying that I got the spots on it. It was moved and unrolled in a completely unfurnished condo-there was nothing to create the spots present. I even offered to try to remove the spots myself if they would explain what products to use. I also asked them to send a rug cleaner out. Their response now is, we can send a replacement, but you have to send the other one back or you'll be charged for both. Great - am I supposed to wrap up and send a 10' x 14' rug via the US Postal Service??? I would not order something so expensive from this company (Wayfair included).
