Great in my living room - looks very elegant

This rug looks great when it arrives, but the durability has been a real disappointment. After normal use, multiple sections began to deteriorate unevenly. Some areas look fine, while others have worn down far faster than expected, which suggests inconsistency in the materials or construction. I submitted a claim with photos, believing this was a product defect rather than normal wear. The request was denied because it fell outside the return window. At this price point, I would expect the product to last and the company to stand behind it when it doesnt. That wasnt my experience here. Buy for the look, not for longevity.
