The rug that was delivered was moldy. The Perigold concierge service is helpful here. I am waiting to be told what to do with the current moldy one - in my garage for now - and when I can expect to get a replacement. I am worried there is a bigger storage problem with these rugs and the replacement one will have similar issues.
