Delete was changed from Thursday to Saturday after I waited all day Thursday. Today I've again waited all day and just received a text saying rug was delivered successfully which it was not.

The rug is very pretty but about 4 inches short on width and 3 inches short on length. We will keep the rug but those extra inches would have made the fit in our room much better. I realize that this is a handcrafted item, but I can’t shake the idea that you are making money by literally shorting the customer.

This rug is absolutely beautiful. The colors are exactly as shown.It goes so well with my living room, I couldn’t be happier.

This rug is perfectly adequate. It's dry and itchy - but finding a genuinely soft, New Zealand wool rug, is near impossible. Given the price - this is one of those rugs that will be replaced every few years - which is a shame - as planned obsolescence is so detrimental to the environment. If you're looking for a genuinely high end rug - don't bother with this one.
