We ordered this rug based on the beautiful pictures showed on the website, but once received it we were surprised that the colors are not even close on what depicted online.
On the website pictures the rug appears to be a mixed shaded grey color, with a darker grey base and a lighter grey fur striped pattern, but in reality the rug has a grey base with bright white stripes!
Since we thought we’ve received the wrong item we contacted the customer support, which very kindly and professionally informed us that we did receive the wrong color rug (the names of this rug model are so similar to one another that they even had problems recognize the right color/name...) .
The customer service representative looked at the pictures online and at the pictures we sent over and proceeded with the item exchange.
Excited to receive the beautiful grey rug, we received our replacement about 10 days after the original purchase and...surprise, the rug was exactly the same as before! At this point, after contacting another kind customer service rappresentative, he informed us that indeed the beautiful grey rug depicted on the site pictures does not exist, and the white/grey rug we’ve received was the right order.
We proceeded with the return and our money was refunded in full.
I would like to mention that the one star rating is for the disguising pictures on the website which are not even close to the real item. If you are looking for a grey rug, this i simply not it.
Quality of the item itself is great, very well made (for what I could see of course) and the customer service was indeed very helpful and courteous.
I hope this could help fixing the issue and avoid other customers the inconvenience we’ve experienced.
