BUYER BEWARE! I was looking for a quality wool rug for our new home. No children and super clean home. I spilled some coffee on the rug and had it picked up and professionally cleaned. Turns out there is MORE viscose in this rug than wool. Which explains the funk smell when delivers and unrolled in the living room. Viscose as in bamboo fibers - same as jute. Super sad to hear this. Poor quality. Liquid cannot be cleaned on this type of rug and in fact gets worse the more you try. Small spot now enormous. Total waste of a lot of money. I will be investing in a real Persian per my new rug consultant. I’ll never by from Exquisite again.
