It combines flatweave and pile rug together. Flat parts of the weave, forming the background, are colored beige. Fibers protruding above the surface of the background are in the color of sand. The border of the vintage area rug creates a double frame of the same thickness on all four sides. The central part of the antique rug is divided into two symmetrical rectangles by a vertical line – the axis of the whole composition.
