Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its resemblance to wool. The material is described as soft yet durable, and easy to clean, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and homes with pets. The colors are also well-received, blending well with various decor styles. However, some users report issues with the rug not laying flat and concerns about its long-term durability in heavily used spaces, with some experiencing pilling and fraying.
