Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its resemblance to wool. The material is described as durable and easy to clean, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and homes with pets. The color options are also well-received, blending well with various decor styles. However, some users report issues with the rug not laying flat and concerns about its long-term durability in heavily used spaces.
