I put it in my kitchen at the back door to my patio. It looks great! I am really pleased with it!

I LOVE this rug!! The color is exactly as pictured and much softer than I imagined. I bought it for my entrance hall and so far it’s held up well. I have warm natural pine floors and the colors blend beautifully with them. The pattern is subtle with just enough movement to be interesting. I’m very happy with my purchase!

The description for this rug is accurate--it's ropey, heavy and very substantial. On my computer monitor the color of the rug is deceptive, though--the contrast betwen light and dark strands is more pronounced than it looks online, and the dark strands are darker, really brown rather than tan. It's a beautiful rug, but I'm glad I ordered a sample before buying because it's not quite what I'm looking for.
