Customers appreciate the product's appearance, with many finding it beautiful and perfect for their spaces. The colors are generally reported to match online representations, and the texture is described as soft, thick, and plush, providing comfort underfoot. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it darker or different from online images. A significant concern raised by customers is the product's quality, specifically excessive shedding, which detracts from its appeal despite its aesthetic qualities.
