The rug is as expected. The way it was shipped to us was horrible. The rug (7’6 x 9’6”) was folded in fourths and shoved in a torn box. When we unfolded it, the ties that are usually tied around a nicely rolled rug were lying in a pile. It was obvious to us that it was a return that was sent to us and we were highly disappointed, but didn’t want to pay to have it shipped back.
