The rug is so thick that it lays flat and is just kind of a tangled mess. Definitely not the soft, fluffy rug I was hoping for. The fibers are not that soft and kind of rough and stiff. Definitely not what I was wanting and would not buy again.

Doesn't look like the picture. The edges don't seem even. It's shedding fur balls all over the house.

This is how badly this rug sheds..the picture says it all.It also smells like chemicals. But...it's soft and heavy and very thick...and your pet will love it! So it is good quality, but in this case the bad (shedding) outweighs the good...I sadly need to return it.

I got the second biggest for my living room. - the size was the perfect for my living room, go the second biggest. I was expecting it to be super soft as other users experienced it to be but it wasn't as soft as others said it was. Maybe we still have to break into it. overall, it looks expensive (because it was, about 1,500$ for me) and look nice. but not as soft as i would have liked
