This sheds so horribly we have to sweep our house multiple times a day. I believe it is defiective. The threads should not be falling out. There is so much fiber and dust releasing from this rug. I can't believe the manufacturer would pass this on a quality test. Defective, defective, defective and the "report problem with your order" button did not work on my order so take it from me and call customer service if you have an issue with any product. I tried to report this multiple times but the website didn;'t have the option the return center indicated. This is so frustrating because we love the rug but it is creating so much frustration and work through it's horrible shedding and defective workmanship. Oh and I'm convinced it broke my robot vacuum the first week we had it from the many loose threads wrapping around the rotating parts and killed the motor. I came home to find it absolutely full of threads. This purchase was beyond disappointing. What on earth do you do with a two thousand dollar thread fest?

very beautiful rug, true to the photo. the pile is a big long, so might be a little hard to keep clean? nothing that a good vacuum cleaner can't take care of... love it.
