• Product care: Vacuum regularly. Pile shedding is a normal characteristic of pile rugs. Avoid pulling yarn knots from the surface pile. Clip them off even with the pile. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean cloth or sponge. Clean with a mild rug detergent. Rugs with viscose are extremely absorbent. Remove stains by using only a clean, damp cloth with a mild cleanser when necessary. Dry the cleaned area immediately. Professional rug cleaner only.
• Please note that your rug may appear smaller than expected inside the packaging due to the process of folding & rolling for shipment. It is normal for creases to appear after unpackaging your item - these should subside on their own in a few days.
