Based on an original Asmara painting showing the exuberant foliage of the Costa del Sol. This hand-made cut and loop pile rug was made by combining a loop weave invented by Asmara with the ancient French pile weave. Knotted with a complex yarn made up of several yarns of different shades, this rug has a unique texture and shading variations reminiscent of rare antique rugs.
