I am very upset a 12X15 rug was actually delivered to me like this! This is totally unacceptable! It’s been folded twice! There is no way it will lay on the floor correctly! Especially with the rug pad folded the same way!!

Ordered a 2'x10' runner and was sent a 3'x5' area rug . Called customer service who was very nice about processing a refund quickly. However, when the attempted to reorder the correct rug they found it to be backordered until next year. Perigold needs to do a better job of updating stock on their website and communicating with their vendors.

Pretty colors and nice design. The dimensions were not exactly accurate; it is longer and not as wide as 3x5. It is thinner and not as soft as I expected. It'll be fine for my space.
