Beautiful area rug. Great colors. Easily manageable once unpacked. I have one concern: there two "pulls" in the rug- meaning there are protruding, loose strands about an inch long. What do I do with those? Do I try to tuck them back into the rug with a needle? Or do cut them off at the base to stop further pulling? Also, the pad packaging said the pad was 11'8" x 8'8". The rug just barely covered the pad. So, the rug can't be 12' x 9'. It has to be a little less.
