First of all, this review is only about the rug, not Wayfair's customer service, which was exemplary. I have never received merchandise of such shoddy quality. I'm attaching pictures of the back of the rug, which wasn't trimmed. In addition the pile was so thin that I can't imagine it would last longer than a year. Very disappointing. Needless to say, I returned the rug and I'll never purchase anything from the company that manufactured this rug again.
