This is a vintage one-of-a-kind 2'0" x 3'0" Rectangle rug, hand knotted in wool in Turkey in the 1950s. A striking vintage ivory and beige Hereke, hand-knotted in wool & silk in Turkey around 1950. This one-of-a-kind piece showcases an animal across an ivory and beige palette, and measures 2'0" x 3'0". This piece is hand-made and one of a kind, woven in the traditional manner and impossible to reproduce exactly. As a smaller scatter size, it makes a perfect accent for an entryway, reading nook or bedside - and layers beautifully over a larger rug or natural fiber. The ivory palette is endlessly versatile, lightening and enlarging a room. Hand-knotted from durable wool, it is made to be lived with and handed down.
