First as a family of now five, I absolutely love the space the pan gives me. Second it cooks extremely even. Sounds silly but frying chicken has been my favorite. Third its excellent for one pan meal! For example, my honey garlic chicken. Cooked the chicken, made the sauce. Add my veggies and put the lid on for ten min with out fire power. Perfectly steamed veggies!

Another fantastic piece of cookware from Le Creuset, my favorite cookware company! This piece is huge! I have only used it a few times just yet but it’s wonderful for roasting red bell peppers and tomatoes for sauces and cinnamon rolls for a crowd! As with every piece of Le Creuset I own, the performance is flawless!
