Horrible! Wish I could give it zero stars. These chairs were fine the first summer when they stayed outside for three months. I then brought them inside until the second summer when they became totally unusable. After 1 month outside during the second summer, the mesh became sticky and then the blue color of the mesh transferred onto everything that touched it, so you literally couldn't sit on it. I'm going to have to throw them out. Huge mistake. Don't think about buying.. Margaret. Chevy Chase, MD. Fri Jul 18 2025

Milano outdoor 4-piece chaise lounger set is composed of carbon matte aluminum frames with dark gray strapping in modern scales and lines to create a vivid feature throughout the seating, dining, and chaise lounge pieces.

This chaise lounge combines sleek styling, comfort, and durability. The five-point adjustable backrest allows the user complete control over their elevation. This product has been load-tested, per ASTM 1561-03 (2008) standard for Outdoor plastic furniture. This chaise lounge comes in a range of natural wood-tone colors to complement any environment and maintenance is a breeze, just power wash on a wide or medium nozzle to remove surface grime. Their proprietary synthetic wood material doesn't absorb moisture and so, even in treated water environments, you can leave this product in place year-round and it will always look like new.

I wanted to love these— the clean lines of the design and composite material that won’t rot were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, both of the ones I ordered arrived with one of the pre-assembled sled legs pulled apart in shipping. I was able to use some different screws to repair them, but the original screws had pulled chunks of composite material out of the legs. Luckily it isn’t visible. My only other complaint is that I ordered two of these chaise lounges at the same time, but they arrived with different branding on them that is prominently visible at the foot. It looks like I have two different bubble stickers on them. I’m going to try to remove them and hope it doesn’t affect the finish on the chaises. I just didn’t have it in me to deal with a return or replacement on these large items, even though Wayfair’s customer service has been stellar for me in the past. . Joanna. Tualatin, OR. The four lounge chairs arrived in one big box. Each chair was well protected. The manufacturer used WASHI tape to secure the wraps around the arms and legs so you could remove them without using scissors or a blade. The chairs are lightweight but sturdy. We didn’t want lounge chairs with cushions since it rains so much here, and these are perfect for leaving out without worry.. Valerie. Pittsburgh, PA. Fri Jun 05 2020
