My ceiling height is 14 feet. The matching chain arriving with the fixture was only one foot long. There was no mention of chain lenth in product description. There is no supplied hardware to attach chain at either end. I had to buy additional chain and hardware to connect the chain at both ends, spray paint all to match the fixture. Customer service at Hubbardton was of little assistance.They would sell me a custom length of chain, without attaching hardware..
