I searched for a long time to find the perfect tool for removing our traditional Thanksgiving BBQ turkey from the grill. This tool, in concert with a normal Weber spatula, easily handled transfer of a 20lb bird from grill to platter. Its construction is beefy. The blade is huge and provides broad and stable support !!!
