Very nice, solid, quality furniture for our patio. Unfortunately, the hardware packs with the chairs were incomplete but a run to the hardware store solved that. The set was ok, mainly because the chairs were too stiff. They look great though. Most importantly, trying to get someone on the phone to return the item was been awful. Two calls, both on hold for more than an hour and a half before having to hang up...we are all busy, not just you Wayfair. This inconvenience is enough that I would never buy from Wayfair again fearing that this is typical business protocol for them. . Brian. CT. Thu Jun 18 2020
