Beautiful and substantial planter. I had one similar to this one (same material and design) and had it for over 30 years. This one looks like it’ll stand the same test of time.. Andrea. Raleigh, NC. Thu Dec 05 2024

The manufacturer's products replicate the look of lead, iron, concrete, and terra cotta at a fraction of the weight to provide ease of handling.

These were nice but not quite worth the price, in my view. They look and feel not too different from something you could get substantially less expensively from a big box store. The sides were bowed out in shipping as well. Also, I hunted around the internet to get the matching square planters - the color (same company, same name, same colorway) was much lighter on these than the others. But - my flowers look great.. Annette. Bexley, OH. Sun Jul 12 2020

Classic boxwood topiary, hydrangea, or faux tree would look elegantly in this Tuscan urn planter. Handcrafted with high-quality materials, this timeless planter can be used all year round.

Keep your favorite plants or flowers stylish with this stunning classic urn. Crafted from high-quality materials for long-lasting beauty and durability. Excellent size to grace the hallway or entryway.

The color named taupe is the color of cement. The finishing is smooth but imperfections including a hole where light passes through, are noticeable. The weight is fine for the size. The inside narrows around the neck. Even the pedestal is hollow and the pot has a drain hole. I hope it takes paint well. I will use cement patch to fill the thin spot.. Diane. Dayton, OH. Campania’s glazed and terra cotta pottery is high fired at 990 (terra cotta) to 1000 (glazed) degrees centigrade to maximize frost resistance and durability. Glazed and terra cotta Campania products are made by hand with a dense clay specially suited for outdoor use. Hand made glazed and terra cotta containers are less absorbent than machine made, and therefore less vulnerable to winter damage.

Set it on its own as a sculptural accent, or style it with greenery for a traditional, collected finish.
