Over time, the wood will weather to a beautiful silver gray patina or scrub down with soap and water to keep in pristine condition. Made from genuine grade teak, it is sanded smooth without any finish in its natural form and color.

The teak quality is good, it is clear and without know. However, I wish the bench is of heavier weight. Another thing is that the curve of the two arms always accumulate the rain water, which is not ideal. But over all the bench is not bad. I expect it to last long, many years, I hope.. Jo. NY.
