This outstanding stone pedestal can be used as a plant stand, garden stool, or table. The top is carved with Chinese character "Happiness" and 4 lions heads around it. No matter placed indoor or outdoor, this stone pedestal is a standout.

The Asa stool from Legend of Asia leaves the painting out. Its classic drum stool silhouette, ringed by raised studs above and below, is covered in an even glassy glaze so the eye follows form instead of pattern, and the blue stool layers easily beneath prints, rattan and warm wood. Firing does add character: tone shifts subtly across the surface from one piece to the next. High fire porcelain leaves the porcelain stool vitrified and dense, strong enough to seat a guest and resistant to chipping, fading and moisture. At seventeen inches the garden stool sits at natural side table height beside a sofa or bed, works as an accent table for drinks and books, and moves outside as patio decor; indoors this ceramic stool doubles as a plant stand and quiet asian decor.
