Combining a nautical theme with an industrial edge, the Caneel Bay has a look that is entirely it's own. This rustic model takes cues from the 1950s American Industrial, when exposed hardware was an integral part of the design, and integrates this approach throughout each element of the fan. I love the fan but don’t like the fact that the remote is supposed to go in the wall. The whole point of a remote is so you don’t have to get up to adjust the fan speed or lights.
