the chairs seem to be ok at this point but one thing that really really bothers me is that when you pay $400 dollars for chairs you expect them to be 100% like the picture because face it that's why you chose that particular one. These chairs actually have screw holes in the front and back, 8 total that actually show the screw which obviously you need for them to work but nothing to hide the open holes. They did send the very small dowels for the 6 holes across back but NOT the obvious holes. In fact, thanks to the use of highly engineered techniques, it was possible to create a process for recovering poly waste such that this new post-consumer material was created. An environmentally conscious seat, if we consider that cartons of tetrapak-type material are recovered to make a chair, thus recovering waste materials without sacrificing excellent structural, mechanical and aesthetic qualities. In addition to the innovative recycled tetrapak version with a sand-colored finish, Ops! will also be with and without armrests, in 100% recycled polypropylene in white, black, hemp, taupe, and earth colors.
