I originally ordered two of these pillows as well as two other pillows in October 2022. The other pillows arrived in November I think. They were fine. When I checked on the status of these Plutus Garden pillows, repeatedly, they had not yet shipped. Finally, I called customer service on December 1st, and the nice person I spoke to acknowledged that it was odd the pillows had not shipped so he reordered them. The box arrived on December 14th, and they were the wrong pillows, but the color was good, so I decided to keep them. I called customer service once again, and the person I spoke to gave me a partial refund and reordered the Plutus Garden pillows. When the pillows had not yet arrived by January 20th, I again called customer service and the person I spoke to reordered them. On February 1st, the box arrived with two pillows, the SAME wrong pillows not even wrapped in anything to protect them. I again called customer service and asked for a refund and instructions on how to return the pillows. I got my refund and am now awaiting a return shipment label that apparently is being mailed to me. Why not sent in an email?? Customer service has been great throughout this experience, but there is obviously something wrong with some part of the system. Not sure I will order much from Perigold again.
