The ceramic planter is absolutely lovely beyond my expectations. The packaging is a bit messy. Very difficult to unpack because of all the styrofoam balls. I am environmentally conscious but these balls get everywhere and quite difficult to contain.

The vase comes in a box that doesn't support shipping. The vase is not secure. I ordered two and both were damaged. Unless they change their packaging, it is hard for me to imagine how anyone could receive the item unbroken. On top of It, Perigold made me chat with an agent that took 45 minutes to process a refund and then tell me I had to ship it back to get a refund. So you get the privilege of wasting your time of packing and driving to FedEx because of their poor packaging.

Perigold, I was starting to look to you when I wanted something high quality, but now I'm finding your high quality is hit and miss This vase was the quality I'd expect to find at a thift store. This item was such poor quality that I have literally decided not to shop at Perigold anymore.
